This is a very light tea in terms of calories, so feel free to add sauce.
Ingredients

1 large Maris Piper potato

2 cod fishcakes
-
2 handfuls of rocket

2 handfuls of bistro salad

Spray olive oil

Salt and pepper
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees c / gas mark 4
Slice potato into chips and place on baking tray. Spray lightly with oil and season with salt and pepper.
Cook in oven for 30 minutes
After 10 minutes, cook fishcakes according to instructions
Serve fishcakes and chips with salad
