Ingredients

Spray olive oil

125g halloumi, sliced into chunks

120g whole wheat pasta, dry

½ jar red pepper paste

½ red pepper, diced

½ onion, diced
Directions
Cook pasta according to instructions
Meanwhile, lightly spray olive oil in a large frying pan and heat to a medium heat
Add pepper and onion and cook for 5 minutes
Toss in the halloumi and let cook for a further 5 minutes
Stir in red pepper paste, cooked pasta and 1tbsp of pasta water
Serve
