Ingredients

1 chicken breast, diced

Spray olive oil

2 eggs
-
½ packet of bacon rashers

2 tbsp Caesar dressing

¼ packet of garlic and herb croutons

½ romaine lettuce, shredded
Directions
Spray a frying pan lightly with olive oil and heat to a medium heat
Add chicken and cook until no longer pink in middle
Meanwhile, hard boil the eggs
Once eggs and chicken are cooked, mix all ingredients together in a salad bowl then serve
