Charlottes meal plan:
I have created you this 2 week meal plan in line with nutritional recommendations. Ensuring you have the best variety of macro and micro nutrients. We have to nourish to flourish.
The meal plan is a total of 1250 calories per day, so please use the rest of your calorie deficit allowance on snacks. We don't recommend eating just 1250 calories per day.
However, I have also considered time and budgets during this cost of living crisis.
Breakfasts will take you 10 minutes on weekdays, and lunch will take you 10 minutes and can be eaten cold. My advice is to make lunch the night before.
Whilst it seems intense, work ahead of yourself and leave time to fuel yourself. This is self care.
There is a recipe and method attached to every meal.
Please note, this does not cater for allergies / intolerances.
If you can't make a meal due to reasons beyond your control you can have what you'd like as long as they are 250 calories for breakfast, 500 calories for lunch and 500 calories for dinner.
You will find a 600 calorie empty meal on Sunday, this is for eating out if you wish.
There are 2 weeks worth of meals. You will notice some methods tell you to freeze a meal for next week, saving time and money.
You can find your shopping list, meal plan and all methods on the pdf. You may find you already have items in your cupboards from the shopping list. You also won't use the full packet of everything so your shopping list will reduce over the 8 weeks.
Please note, to keep prices low, we cannot answer food swap questions, if you don't like or can't eat something, swap it for a similar item.

Is the Weight Loss Programme personalised?
Yes and no. To keep costs low this is a generic digital download. However, it comes with access to a private Instagram group that has direct contact with both Sarah and Charlotte.
Can you help with PCOS and weight loss?
Yes. We have a lot of women on our programme with PCOS. One of whom have recently had a baby after struggling for so long due to weight management.
Why is the Weight Loss Programme a one time payment?
Because we want to make a weight loss education affordable for all. We teach you what we know immediately. You can stay part of our Instagram group for as long as we have it. Why? Because we trust what we do. Statistically, 98% of our clients do not contact us after the first 4 weeks because they have gained enough knowledge to carry on with their lives without being controlled by weight loss, but they know enough to still keep heading towards their goals.
Is the Weight Loss Programme an exact meal plan?
No. This programme is a calorie deficit programme specific to you so therefore, you get the freedom of deciding what your calories are used on. Why? No two people are on the same calorie allowance. Therefore all meal plans would need to be made-to-measure. But we teach you the art of meal planning, prepping and eating out.
