Can I get a refund on my membership if I forgot to cancel? No. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their membership is cancelled if they no longer need it. No refunds will be made. However, you can still access the live sessions until you cancel the membership.

Do you record live sessions in case I miss one? No. Due to the sensitive nature of discussions, we respect our member's privacy and do not record sessions. Luckily, we are online so that you can watch from anywhere in the world.  

What happens if I miss a payment due to insufficient funds? Our system will try again to process the payment for 2 days after the failure. If it still fails, your membership will automatically be cancelled.
