Journal is very informative. I wouldn’t consider myself as wanting to lose a lot of weight but have been stuck in a menopausal weight rut for the last year or so and have found it difficult to lose those ‘uncomfortable’ pounds. I am only 1 week in and feel much better already. I have lost weight and inches and am looking forward to seeing the end result.

Very insightful and educational. I have spent nearly a decade yo yo dieting, and feeling so low and upset that I continue to lose/put on the same weight over and over again! This is definitely helping me appreciate that you cannot expect to lose weight all the time and inches are just as important. Also, for my own mental health this has really helped me as I was in such a rut and needed a clear, concise honest “bible” to keep me laser focussed. It’s early days, and I still need to combat some engrained unhealthy thoughts around food thanks to certain weight loss clubs but I’m determined this is it now and do not feel like I’m sacrificing anything just living a healthy sustainable lifestyle
