This plan is so easy to use, it takes a lot of the noise out of meal planning and “dieting” which has supported me to get started. The recipes are varied and really nice so it doesn’t feel like I’m depriving myself at all! I’m excited to see the results unfold :)
Was thinking about buying The yes diet for a few days, I have never purchased anything like this before.
