The journal includes sections for those with unbalanced hormones such as: PCOS, under-active thyroid, are menopausal or peri-menopausal.
You can choose to exercise or to not exercise and the journal will guide you with your choice.

The weightloss kitchen is simply amazing...Its full of a variety of meals that everyone loves especially when cooking for the family it saves you having to cook 2 and 3 different meals which is a winner...The meals are all broke down explaining how to cook them and what each meal is calories wise...The subscription is also good for nights I've been rushing about I can flick through pick a meal I like saving me time and also saving the pennies sending for a takeaway which helped me soo much on my journey
