The Yes Diet is a calorie-deficit diet, and we have counted the calories for you. With a focus on a balance of nutritious food - Power Plates, and food that will keep you motivated - Pleasure Plates, you'll lose weight, become happier, and give your body what it's been longing for. You'll also receive personal Top Up Calories daily to squeeze in those coffee dates or on that mayonnaise. Here, we say YES to eating food.

What are Plates?
Plates are recipes for your main meals: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. You will eat 3 Plates per day, 7 days per week - a total of 21 Plates.
Charlotte Taundry, our in-house Nutritionist and Nutrition in Culinary Practice cook, has designed and created plate recipes.
We have calorie-counted your 3 Plates per day and totalled the same calorie intake per day. Your plan consists of hundreds of Plates to choose from. See product photos for examples.
What are TUCs?
Top-up Calories are those you have remaining after your three Plates per day. This number will differ for everyone, as we all need different calorie amounts for weight loss. You can use these for drinks, sauces, or snacks. It's your choice because we know different things tickle our fancies.
What if I have dietary requirements?
The Yes Diet comes with Plate Codes: vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, low-sugar, dairy-free, budget, quick + easy, batch cook, family-friendly, and healthy gut. You're saying YES to losing weight and no to why you can't.
Will it work if I have hormone irregularities?
Yes, this is the only diet that will work for you.
Is this a monthly subscription?
No. (We hate this word, but at least this time, it brings good feelings.) This is a one-time payment for the entire plan.
How will I receive The Yes Diet?
Released on 26/12/24 - emailed as a link private to your purchase email address. Please ensure all email addresses are input correctly so they are received on time. This is a digital product.
Will there be more Plates released?
Yes. The Yes Diet plan comes with over 200 Plate recipes. In 2025, we will offer plan add-ons where you can purchase more Plate recipes. We will also post Plate recipes on our Social Media.
Are the Plates supermarket specific?
No. This plan has easy and convenient meals using general ingredients from supermarkets. This is to ensure more people can make use of The Yes Diet. We will post brand and supermarket specific Plates on our social media.
Am I allowed to eat at restaurants/out of the kitchen?
Yes. Swap your Plate for the equivalent-calorie meal of your choice. If you want a higher-calorie option, you can also use your TUCs.
How much weight will I lose per week?
On average, 2 to 3 lbs per week. However, this can fluctuate as scale weight is only a partially trusted way of tracking progress. This is explained in the plan.
How are the Plate's calories counted?
All Plates are calorie counted by us using McCance and Widdowson's The Composition of Foods. The actual calories in Plates may differ by 10 calories plus or minus. This will not change weight loss.

I started the Yes Diet on 1st Jan and I'm taking my changes slowly. I've starting by overhauling my meals and have already cooked some brilliant meals from the selection, notably the chia pudding for breakfast, the halloumi and pomegranate salad for lunch and the paneer curry for dinner. They've all been enjoyed by me, my husband and my one year old and the freedom of being planned but not restricted has helped us avoid takeaways this week. I'm already showing a loss on the scales but this is more about my mindset and having something so easy to follow makes it feel achievable which means I feel more confident that I'll succeed in making sustainable changes to ensure a healthy lifestyle for my family. Thanks so much, and I think I'll be eating that paneer curry every week!
Been doing a few of the meals since the plan was released and honestly it’s exactly what I needed. Subconsciously knowing the calories are all worked out it makes it all the more enjoyable! The meals don’t feel like diet food in the slightest and I haven’t felt the need to snack or overindulge as these meals are filling and tasty! Absolute value for money and I can’t wait to see the results!

I purchased the ‘yea diet’ after Christmas to kick start the new year, and have been really impressed so far! It’s really refreshing to know that you don’t have to stop yourself having any kind of ‘treats’ and that everything is within balance. The recipes are lovely too, the carrot and coconut soup was really nice to make for lunches!
I have been doing the yes diet for a week and I feel full love the massive verity and I do not feel restricted at all! With a bonus of a 5 pound weight loss! Thanks so much here’s to a new life style.
I am thoroughly enjoying the meals on the Yes diet and already feel it’s encouraging a better balance for me too. I went to McDonalds with my kids and instead of just having a Diet Coke, I treated myself to a McChicken sandwich, knowing it would be an easy swap for the calories on my yes diet. So the diet is really helping me to say yes more often and find a balance and better relationship with food. I’ve loved every meal I have made so far and am loving the ease of quick lunch choices for work too. First diet I’ve ever come across where I want to make every meal and the ingredients are straight forward and methods easy and quick. I will be recommending to friends and love how family friendly it all is too! Christmas weight is coming off without stress or restriction this year!
I have the pocket PT book and use it daily in the gym. I love having a physical book I can take with me and find it very easy to follow. I love the meal subscription and use recipes off it daily.
Started the YES Diet and who knew healthy food could be so tasty and appealing! Have really enjoyed all of my meals and especially appreciated having a small bit of chocolate of an evening to keep me motivated and sane!
