The pocket PT is amazing...Everything is broke down and explained really well so everyone understands...Its full of soo much information on your diet and stuff and the little QR videos are an amazing idea to show you correct form and the little quotes after each week really push you on...If your looking to start with a PT you certainly need to buy this book it really is full of everything you need to help you on your gym journey and worth every penny I've ever spent
