Welcome to our online club! The UK's first nationwide calorie deficit-based club.
This weekly video meeting educates and motivates you through your calorie deficit. Drop a dress size each month from the comfort of your sofa—snacks are allowed!
This is for Thursday evenings at 8pm until 8.40pm with Charlotte or Sarah

What happens in the online club?
You will be educated and motivated about your calorie deficit each week. This club is perfect for beginners and those who are familiar with calorie deficits. We have a range of subjects we teach for you to lose weight successfully:

Can I join at any week or does it have to be week 1?
Yes, if there is a space available. We recap previous topics and once week 20 is complete, we start the cycle at week 1 again. If you've completed the cycle, you can still remain a member if you wish - for motivation, accountability, and a refresh.

Do I receive a physical book?
No. All of our forms and recipes are provided online via our members portal. But remember, you'll learn so much in our live sessions. If you want physical products, we recommend this starter pack.
How do I join the live stream?
Through our online members portal. Details on how to access this will be sent digitally upon membership purchase.
How do I communicate with you?
There is a question-and-answer session after the live club, during which we can all discuss it together. You will also be asked to complete a progress tracking form each week to complete, which will keep us updated.
Will I be provided with recipes?
All club members will receive free access to our online recipe club, which offers thousands of tasty, easy, and low-calorie recipes. Please note that if you cancel your subscription to the club, the recipes will no longer be available to you.
You will also be provided with our most popular Tesco 7 Day Meal Plan when purchasing your membership. This will also be sent digitally.
What do I need before I start?
You will need bathroom scales and a tape measure to record your body weight and measurements each week.
There is a club starter pack available to buy here. This includes a fillable meal planner, tape measure, and weight and measurement tracker. These are all physical products that are shipped to your chosen address. While this pack isn't necessary, we recommend making your calorie deficit easier through this purchase.
How are payments made?
You will pay £ 24 upfront for 4 weeks. Each club is £6. The payment is via a subscription that you can cancel through your account at any time. You will no longer have access if you cancel. Once paid, you will have the following 4 weeks of access to live sessions and the online recipe club. It is worth noting that this payment is every four weeks, not monthly.
Example:
Paying on Tuesday 3rd September, will grant you membership access for
Thursday 5th September
Thursday 12th September
Thursday 19th September
Thursday 26th September
Your next payment will then be automatically taken on Tuesday, 1st October, for the following 4 weeks.
If your payment declines due to insufficient funds, your payment will be tried again the following day. If it fails again, your membership will be cancelled and you will need to join the waitlist again if applicable.
What if I can't make an online club night?
All clubs are paid monthly, and no refunds can be made if you miss a club. We want you to succeed, and that is only possible if you attend clubs and stay motivated. Luckily, the club is online, so you can join from anywhere! You don't need to share your video, so even if you're naked on a beach somewhere, you can still join!
Do you have an APP?
No. However, there are calorie tracking apps we will recommend to you during live sessions if you prefer APPs to paper.

All the meal plans, diet advice is helpful makes you see dieting another way and takes that guilt away. Would recommend multiple times to anyone I always tell anyone and bout Sarah and Charlotte they are amazing x
This plan is so easy to use, it takes a lot of the noise out of meal planning and “dieting” which has supported me to get started. The recipes are varied and really nice so it doesn’t feel like I’m depriving myself at all! I’m excited to see the results unfold :)
Was thinking about buying The yes diet for a few days, I have never purchased anything like this before. I decided to go for it hoping it would make it easier for me and give me the kick start I needed and Im so glad I did. From someone that quite fussy there are some really good and easy meal ideas.
