The most uncomplicated eating plan I've come across... very early on for me, but the fact you are never "cheating" as long as you count it in, is a massive plus for me, because once I've "cheated" is when I tend to give up altogether

The meal plans are brilliant, I’m trying different foods, I have tried Tesco and Aldi meal plans and lost 5lb in total. Recipes are easy to follow, there is no food wastage. I feel full and not wanted to snack. I can’t wait to try the ADHD meal plan next. Thank you
