At The Weight Loss Club, we believe in sustainable, realistic weight loss. No fad diets, no extreme restrictions. Just real food, effective fitness, and a balanced approach to health that fits into the real life of a woman. All of which is brought to life through our founders, Charlotte and Sarah.

Meet Charlotte

Charlotte has always had a passion for food and travel. As a former air hostess, she explored flavours from around the world, but her personal journey led her to rethink nutrition. After losing nearly 6 stone, she turned that passion into expertise.

She trained at Leiths London, one of the most respected culinary schools in the world, and is certified in Nutrition In Culinary Practise. She also qualified in Nutrition: Nutrient Metabolism and Weight Management - RSPH, with Future Fit training. Now, she uses her knowledge to create meals that are both nutritious and full of flavour—proving that healthy eating doesn’t have to be boring.

Meet Sarah

Sarah’s transformation started with a personal goal—she lost 4 stone and discovered a passion for fitness along the way. Now, as a Level 5 Elite Personal Trainer, qualified through Future Fit training, she helps others achieve sustainable results without unrealistic restrictions.

Sarah is also dairy-free and gluten-free, bringing valuable experience in making health and fitness accessible for different dietary needs. When she’s not coaching, she’s immersed in music, something that keeps her motivated and balanced.
