This plan is great, no counting points or syns. Lovely meals, quick and tasty. Great for those with a busy life. Not too many ingredients so affordable and attainable
Requested the sample menu for the Yes diet to get a feel for what this was about and if the meals were something that I would want to make but also weren’t complicated with loads of different ingredients I’d have to find. It was sent over quickly for me to look at and help me decide on buying the plan.

The pocket PT is amazing...Everything is broke down and explained really well so everyone understands...Its full of soo much information on your diet and stuff and the little QR videos are an amazing idea to show you correct form and the little quotes after each week really push you on...If your looking to start with a PT you certainly need to buy this book it really is full of everything you need to help you on your gym journey and worth every penny I've ever spent
