60g grated cheddar

½ red pepper, diced

Handful lettuce, shredded

6 cherry tomatoes, halved

IF YOU'RE USING THIS MEAL FOR WEIGHT LOSS
Directions
Pre-heat your oven to 180 degrees c / gas mark 5
In a frying pan, brown the red pepper for 5 minutes
In a bowl crack the egg and whisk with milk
Add cheese and cooked onion to egg and mix well
Pour mixture equally into both pastry tarts
Bake for 15 minutes
FOR THE SALAD
Make the salad by mixing all salad ingredients and then divide into 2 bowls
Add 15g of mayo to eat salad bowl
