Welcome to The Weight Loss Club, the UK’s first nationwide calorie-counting weight management club. You get to lose weight without cutting out the foods you love and without eating the foods you hate (we are looking at you, quark).

How to join
Purchase your 4 weekly membership* on this page to your local club. Once purchased, turn up to your club location on the next date that it is hosted. Our experienced coaches will be waiting for you with a warm welcome.
What happens at our clubs?
Our coaches will teach you the science of weight loss each week, with no fads or toxic diet habits. Over 20 weeks, we teach you about nutrition, exercise, hormones, habits, and binge eating (plus a lot more). Once the 20-week course is finished, our coach will restart from week 1. Meaning if you join in week 12, you will still be able to get the goods from week 3. We have our ‘pink book’ that we use within the club, which tracks your journey and teaches you along the way.
Do I need a pink book?
Yes, you do. These are available to buy on your first club for £10 (RRP £39.50). However, if you already have one from our website, you can bring it with you to save the purchase. Please remember, we accept card payments only within the club.
Can I stay for longer than the 20-week course?
Absolutely. If you feel you need weekly support, we are here for you. However, our clubs are designed to teach you everything you need. We don’t want you to spend your life at our clubs; while we appreciate you, we want you to go out there and live your life.
*How does the membership work?
Much like a gym membership (don’t panic—our clubs have no dumbbells or bicep kisses), you pay four weekly and have access to your local club within that time. Maximum – 1 club per week.
Can I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership at any time for free; however, you will lose your club space and have to re-join the waiting list for the next space available. Your coach will be notified when you cancel your membership and can no longer attend the club.
What happens if my membership payment bounces?
Our payment system will try again the following day until a payment is made.
Can I miss a club?
If you can’t attend for any reason, your membership payment will still be made. We do not have holiday days within the club. Much like a gym membership, you still pay if you don’t use it.
Are clubs open all year?
Yes. However, if your local club is closed on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve, or New Year's Day, it will not be open.

I love the way this cookbook is set out with meals flowing from breakfast to lunch then dinner, and sometimes food prep for the next day like overnight oats for breakfast.
Its really helpful having the calories for each portion made from a meal as this helps slot into the days amount of calories.
It has given me the confidence to try new recipes knowing that they will help my fatloss.
The weight loss book is great and helped me have a greater understanding of how to calculate my calories and some good meal ideas! I’d also realised my pen was missed out of the package but one email had it all solved! Customer service is excellent!

Non packaged food is ideal if you are on a budget as you buy the quantity you need only and reduce waste.
Knowing portion sizes and their calories suitable for your body is great as feed your body in the right way and have a healthier balanced diet.
Being on holiday for a week I am so grateful for the 7 day Aldi meal plan, everything is so easy to find and I have adapted to feed my family. The book is really simple to follow and makes sense, plus I love my mini tape measure!
I’m just starting journey but this change is out of this world
Joined the girls programme a couple years ago and decided 2 weeks ago to start calorie counting again as I'm now nearly 5 months postpartum. So I immediately came back to their website and thought to ease myself back in I'd purchase the meal plan. It's been a real help in kick starting me off again on my journey. Very handy and helpful and for someone that's fussy with food it's easy to adapt and swap out some of things I won't eat. Thanks again girls for making life simpler with losing weight.
