Easy to follow plan with quick fuss free meals
Like Ronseal, these guys do what they say on the tin. Being educated by their videos has been like a light bulb moment (so accessible for my ADHD brain) and seeing both fast results in weight loss AND increased results in nutrition, energy, mobility and happiness has been phenomenal! Why do I like their approach? Cos they're REAL woman, who've struggled with REAL women's issues and want to support other women, not shame them via misogynistic b*ll**ks! 🙌🏽
The recipes in The Weight Loss cookbook are brilliant. They are delicious and easy to follow and prepare. I can’t recommend this enough :)

The girls online weightloss club is absolutely amazing..I look forward to every Thurs night every week its my chill out time...After club I walk away with so much education knowledge and advice and support...Charlotte explains everything so well and makes it understandable and makes it fun and Sarah's motivational talks are just what u need each week...The girls in group are amazing too everyone is soo supportive...Its the best weightloss club I've ever been too and I've tried them all I walk away each week having lwarmt something new and a head full of knowledge...If I could give this more than 5 stars I would its absolutely amazing
