LIGHTLY SPRAY A FRYING PAN WITH OLIVE OIL AND BRING TO A MEDIUM HEAT
ADD ONIONS AND PEPPERS. LET COOK FOR 3 MINUTES
ADD THE PRAWNS AND COOK FOR A FURTHER 3 MINUTES
ADD STOCK, CREAML LEMON JUICE AND CHERRY TOMATOES. MIX WELL AND LET SIMMER FOR 10 MINUTES
MEANWHILE, COOK PASTA ACCORDING TO INSTRUCTIONS
DRAINE COOKED PASTA AND SERVE BOTH THE PASTA AND PRAWN SAUCE INTO 2 BOWLS. TOP WITH PARMESAN
