It is a 1350-calorie-per-day meal plan. The rest of the day should be filled with snacks of your choice to complete your daily calorie deficit target. The most uncomplicated eating plan I've come across... very early on for me, but the fact you are never "cheating" as long as you count it in, is a massive plus for me, because once I've "cheated" is when I tend to give up altogether

As someone who has spent a fortune signing up for “plans” and “programmes” run by fitness influencers that tried to blind me with science and got me nowhere, coming across this books was like a breath of fresh air.
It educates you on all the principles you need that you would be paying £200 a month for elsewhere. You are taught how to work out calorie deficit, about nutrition and given amazing pointers to get started.
If you are thinking of spending out on an expensive programme please try this book first. I have just started in my weight loss journey after trying everything else and I finally feel like I have found something I can sustain.
The meal plans are brilliant, I’m trying different foods, I have tried Tesco and Aldi meal plans and lost 5lb in total. Recipes are easy to follow, there is no food wastage. I feel full and not wanted to snack. I can’t wait to try the ADHD meal plan next. Thank you
