This is by far the best weight loss club I have ever joined. It’s more of a friendly gathering than a weight loss club… that’s just a bonus! You want chips - have those chips. You want chocolate- go eat that chocolate!! No restrictions round here!!! You can’t have an iced latte whilst talking weight loss at another club can you! ❤️

Easy to follow instructions, perfect for when you want to start using weights but have no idea where to start. As a busy single mum this has helped me to learn the steps to do at home when I have a spare half an hour.

This guide is the little helper that I've been looking for...Working out the cals for pasta potatoes etc really can be so confusing but this guide has it all broke down into tables meaning you just have to scan for what your having and the exact cals are there so you know your eating the right amount of calories

I have followed char & Sarah from the very beginning with a positive outcome I brought there plan and never looked back I lost 4 stone and have managed to keep it off for 2 years now with their help & guidance I can honestly say this is the best plan I’ve ever been on I say plan as it never felt like a diet as nothing was off limits they even encourage you to eat what you fancy from time to time. The live chats help so much & my way of eating has changed for the better a healthier diet i recommend if you need to lose weight or even just want a healthier diet I would follow them.

The meal plan is an excellent way to start your journey of counting calories to make sure you are in a deficit. Not to mention it is extremely affordable- who’s is always a bonus!!
